The underlying booking and roster records originate from public government sources and are not owned by us. However, the site's design, layout, organization, original written content, compilation, and presentation are the property of CurrentPrisonList and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse these elements except as permitted by these Terms or by law.

Public records and accuracy

The site aggregates publicly available records and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The appearance of any person in a record is not evidence of guilt, and all persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. No warranty
