What HMP/YOI Rochester is
HMP/YOI Rochester holds young people in closed conditions. Maidstone local takes adult Kent remand.
Historic name changes in Medway YOI estate mean old leaflets may say Cookham Wood or Rochester interchangeably — trust current GOV.UK.

HMP/YOI Rochester does not publish a landing list. Use GOV.UK Find a prisoner with name and date of birth. HMPPS only confirms the prison if the person consents. If they were in court today, wait until the next working day before you decide the form is wrong.
