What HMP The Mount is
HMP The Mount holds women. Downview and Bronzefield are other south-east women’s names closer to London.
Travelling from Euston to Hemel is routine; still match HP3 on the visit letter.
Locating someone at HMP The Mount
HMP The Mount does not publish a landing list. Use GOV.UK Find a prisoner with name and date of birth. HMPPS only confirms the prison if the person consents. If they were in court today, wait until the next working day before you decide the form is wrong.
Visiting HMP The Mount
Book HMP The Mount through the national prison-visits service and the official GOV.UK page. You must already be on the visitor list. Session times change; we only reprint a timetable when we have fetched it from that page.
Getting to Hemel Hempstead
Hemel Hempstead station, then a bus or taxi up Bovingdon Road.
